Guarantee and cancellation policy

    • Our products are disposable products, and as a general rule, only initial defects are covered by the warranty.
    • If you experience any of the following problems immediately after opening the product, it may be a defective product.
      • No vapor comes out when inhaled
      • LED doesn't light up
    • Any other conditions are not covered by the warranty.

    • Please attach a video to help us check for initial defects.

    • If an initial defect is confirmed, we will provide a refund.
    • Refunds will be made for the full amount of the product.
    • Refunds will be processed promptly after confirmation of the initial defect.

    • Cancellations after an order is placed will only be accepted before the product is shipped.
    • Once an item has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
    • If you wish to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible.

    • Products cannot be returned or exchanged after use.
