Products containing nicotine are regulated by the Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices Act and are prohibited from being purchased or sold in Japan. However, it is legal to purchase them as personal imports from overseas vape shops such as ours that have obtained a sales license in the United States.

*Please be aware that reselling or transferring this product to another person is prohibited by law.

My Moods VAPE does not contain tar, which is extremely harmful to the human body. Nicotine-containing products contain nicotine.

According to US law, if it contains nicotine, you must be 21 or older to purchase it.
There are no age restrictions for purchasing non-nicotine products.

The battery takes approximately 1 hour to fully charge and can last for approximately 1,500 puffs.

You can charge the device by connecting a Type-C cable to the charging port at the bottom of the device.

A POD vape is a type of vape that uses a pod inserted into the device. It can be used repeatedly by replacing the POD.

You can easily remove the pod by pulling the mouthpiece, then insert the new pod to complete the replacement.

By law, personal import of nicotine liquid is limited to 120ml at a time. Our products contain 6.5ml of liquid in one POD, so you can purchase up to 9 boxes (18 PODs) at a time.

- Orders are placed through our e-commerce site, where you select products, add them to your cart and make payment in the same way as with other e-commerce sites such as Amazon and Rakuten.

- Payment methods include credit cards (Amex, Diners Club, JCB, VISA, MASTER). Other payment methods are currently being introduced.

- Our delivery method is similar to that of most e-commerce sites used in Japan. Once you add an item to your cart and make the payment, the item will usually be shipped within one business day.

- Nicotine-containing products are shipped from the United States, so it usually takes about 4 to 6 days for your order to arrive.

- Non-nicotine products are shipped domestically, so it usually takes about 1 to 3 days for them to arrive.

- Please let us know the details via LINE@ . Corrections can only be made before shipping.

- Once shipped, we cannot make any changes, so please contact Japan Post.

Regarding products shipped overseas (nicotine-containing products) 0. Shipping fee:
・Basic shipping fee $10 + $10 per item
Example) When purchasing two nicotine vapes: 10 + 10 x 2 = $30

- Please note that as this is a personal import from overseas, it is not possible to have it delivered to a post office or pay on delivery.

- It is legal for individuals to import liquid nicotine or vapes containing nicotine liquid from licensed distributors such as our company (an overseas corporation) for personal use.

- However, please note that reselling or transferring the tickets to others is illegal.

- Due to the Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices Act stipulated by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare, our company has set a personal import limit of 12,000 puffs per month.

- Regarding taxation, if the product price is 16,666 yen or less, it is tax-free, and if it is 16,667 yen or more, it is taxable.

Tax is calculated as approximately 9% of the product price + 1,000 yen handling fee. Therefore, if the product price is 20,000 yen, approximately 2,800 yen will be collected.

- Usually, the shipping company handles customs clearance and tax procedures, and the recipient only needs to pay the shipping company. If you use an international courier service such as USPS, you can pay the driver when the package is delivered or pay by invoice.

- Product prices up to 16,666 yen are exempt from customs duty, while products over 16,667 yen are subject to tax.

Only initial defects are covered by the warranty, and the warranty period is up to one week after the product arrives. If there is an initial defect, we will generally provide a coupon or resend the product, so please contact us via the official LINE below.

- Cancellations after an order is placed will only be accepted before the product is shipped.

- Once an item has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
